I have had accounts at many banks on Cape Cod over the past 30 years. I have been a client of many of the national bank chains along with other community banks. This bank, Hands down, is the best bank that I have ever been associated with. The branch manager, Carrie, is one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with along with her team at the Station Avenue, South Yarmouth branch. I would not consider any other institute for my banking needs. Thank you to Carrie and her team for all your help with my financial need and services.

Where do I start... Countless issues with proper funding of my accounts. I have 2 companies and separate accounts. I deposited a large check. Instead of the funds being held to clear. This bank deducted the thousands of dollars from a completely different companies account. Took days to resolve and meanwhile no explanation as to how this could happen. In a pandemic no mobile banking for months on end. This bank is a JOKE!!!! But they do have the only parking garage on cape!!

Tried to open 2 accounts with Cape Cod Five TWENTY ONE days ago and am still waiting on these mysterious "micro transactions" I'm supposed to confirm in order to open these accounts. After talking to two separate support reps over the phone, I am no closer to having my accounts opened and now I am beyond frustrated. Unfortunately at this point, due to lack of support from Cape Cod Five, I will be forced to use another bank for my needs. Extremely disappointed. Just cut up the debit card Cape Cod Five sent me and threw it away since I can’t even use it anyway.UPDATE 10/23: A Cape Cod Five rep has now called my father to talk about my bank accounts. Can you say breach of security? Very concerned that Cape Cod Five is calling someone who is not the owner my bank account to help them open it. I provided not only my name but the best contact phone number to reach me so I’m confused how the wrong person even got called. Glad I ended up going with Cape Cod Cooperative. I will also be removing my business checking account from cape cod five to migrate it to Cape Cod Coop who happened to make opening two accounts with them painless and quick. I can’t risk having a bank account at a bank that can’t seem to handle security or simple opening of bank accounts properly. Totally blew it here, CC5.

Disappointing. I have had a mortgage through them since 2017. They were great to work with then, but when I contacted them recently to speak about a refinance, they routed me to John Wells. It took him 10 days to connect with me only to tell me that their current rate of 3.3 is only a bit lower than my current mortgage rate. He explained that it is because they are so busy that they are trying to discourage more people from refinancing; they want to keep their customer level low in order to focus on good customer service. Then he said I should be talking to my original loan officer about it (though I was given his name to contact by the bank). The whole experience wasted my time and made me feel unwanted. It's ironic that they've increased their rates to provide better customer service. How about you just focus on retaining the customers you have? Wouldn't that be an idea?? I will be transferring my loan elsewhere and will never come back here for any of my banking needs.

This is hands down, the friendliest bank I have been in on Cape Cod, and this particular branch is the best! Friendly, helpful staff from the manager on down. I have never seen a manager with a beard, so I think Jon Sacket must have them confused with another bank. This bank is a happy place, and has been for years.

I wish I could give them zero stars, because that's what they deserve!! They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with in any business!! The manager with the beard is the catalyst of them all! It starts with him and the rest follow!!! Go to any other bank on the cape and you will get at least a smile!!! Go see for yourself if your a cape cod 5 customer!! All other cape cod 5 banks are curtious and friendly!! Avoid Yarmouth
