This UPS damaged my package containing a new phone on top of it being delayed after I spent extra for next day shipping. Y’all had one job and you couldn’t even do that correctly but I’m thankful for Verizon helping me out with this issue. Avoid using this UPS at all costs!

Thieves! Was expecting a delivery from apple from the 26-2. No movement on the tracking since the 24th when I checked after the 2nd. Contacted apple directly, they sent a replacement one. Package was out on delivery 11/15, never arrived. Went by UPS this morning 11/17 the front lady simply told me” call apple and tell them your package is missing again” I asked how since it was out on delivery just 2 days ago she said “ I don’t know there’s where you stand right now” with the biggest smirk on her face!

Road work done on my street. Pkg was not delivered stating need for lock box code. My house is on a circle and the driver couldn’t be bothered. My FedEx driver delivered pkg during same time. ?

FOURTH time my package has been “delivered” but is not on my doorstep. First was my kids $600 curriculum for homeschool they dropped off three doors down caught it on camera, next my birth certificate they completely lost, I paid $40 for next day delivery and had to pay it again when they lost it…4 weeks later it showed up at my door completly demolished ripped and dirty next my three year olds costume but the driver ended up showing up at 9pm saying they delivered to the wrong place and went and got it and brought it to me and now my two Apple Watches totaling $600!! I’m so frustrated! They should take pics like fedex of the drop off location. We have cameras where I live so I’ll be checking when the manager gets here. Shame on you UPS

Worst UPS center. Package either get lost here , they mark it as delivered WHEN IT'S NOT and or your packages are damaged. This center needs to be shut down. Never have this problem with ANY OTHER location. Hours are from10- 2 !? Maybe that's why nothing gets done properly there . I already know their response, contact us on facebook or Twitter. NO ,THANK YOU

This place is terrible. Not even a direct phone number to talk to a human.Tried to get a package dropped off with pre approved signature.... Never happened and they are only serving the public 4 hours a day....

Ordered an item from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered 2nd day air. I’ve been watching the tracking now it says it’s been in west Yarmouth for 2 days now. I check it today and it says there’s been an issue with sorting an my item was sent over to Nantucket (I live in West Yarmouth)

I don’t post reviews unless they’re stellar. I barely expect decent service and don’t take it personally when I do not. That said, my problems with UPS seem to be less individual than glaring red flags indicating a HUGE issue with theft and tampering. I’d say about 30% of my deliveries from UPS have been tampered with over the past couple years. Many have been stolen outright. UPS and FedEx are directly responsible for the gutting of USPS, but refuse to protect their own customers’ property. They’ve managed to corral all complaints into phone calls, which I won’t have anymore as it leaves no record and therefore has no result. I would like an email for somebody who has any authority to create solutions. This is invasive and UPS should be under federal investigation, if only they were bound by federal mail laws. If it were about low-level employees like drivers, it wouldn’t be a glaringly systemic issue. I’ll be filing a complaint with the MA AG.

Ugh. What else can I say? One person working the counter. She was beyond cranky and clearly everyone was annoying her even though the doors opened 5 minutes earlier. My suggestion to other customers — only use this location for packages that are fully packed, sealed and with the label already attached and you only need it scanned into the system and a proof of drop off. This would be like your Amazon, Zappos and LLBean returns. Good luck.

I will plop a 5 star review down here. I really do not know what many of these people are complaining about... IF you NOTICE many many of the 1 star (and those who wish 0 was an option) were from the December timeframe of 2020. Really, why were you not shopping local stores? Ill provide a hint, UPS delivers Businesses first, Residential SECOND. Delays may to be because weather on Cape Cod, but could be in ANY city you ordered or your package progresses thru. Also, UPS has had the SAME issue hiring people as EVERY other business. Oh, and if you don't want your package left in the rain.... leave a BAG under a rock or between the doors for them to use.... my driver uses them all the time when I leave them. thank You for putting up with garbage during these covid times and internet shopping has gone up 33% in 2020. -- wonder what it was in December of 2020

The woman here is so professional and friendly. She never gets ruffked. The line could be out the door and she just works away, providing any help she can to the customers to make their experience quick and pleasant.
