When you’re on vacation and your check engine light comes on…how bad? How much? Can I get home safely? Can I trust them? Are they going to over charge me? I cannot say enough how much I would recommend Virgin Automotive Inc.!! Chris was an absolute life saver! He answered the phone right away, he told me to come in anytime! I pulled up and he helped me instantly. He had a huge smile on his and asked about my vacation and how I was enjoying my time down here! He went above and beyond his job! I’ll always bring my vehicles to him for issues in the future while down here! Thank you Chris!

Wow!! Incredible service by the owner Chris. We were here on vacation and the night before we had to drive 8 hrs back to PA our “check engine” light came on. I called 7 places and no one could see us until I called Chris at Virgin. He told me that there was a worldwide microsoft outage so he could only give me so much info on what was wrong with the car but that if I brought it in right away he would take a look. 15min later he was helping me. Gave me his guidance and we were able to drive home. Thank you so much, Chris! Incredible customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

100 % Recommend. I was on vacation when I realized I needed my brakes fixed the day before I was planning on leaving. I got new brakes all around in addition to tires and alignment. When Chris showed me how bad my front tires were I was shocked. Chris went above and beyond to get my car fixed in time for me to leave. Thank you for all your help and keeping me safe!

I can't say enough about Chris at Virgin Automotive. I needed a car checked out before buying it. Chris set my mind at ease, giving it a thorough look over and explaining things to me in a way I understood. We chatted for a bit, enough to know Chris really knows his cars and his customer service. In a field where customers can get suspicious easily, I promise you Chris is 100% honest, legitimate, and trustworthy. Thank you so much, Chris! If I could give more stars I would!!! Came out for a 4 day girls vaca and took my daughter on her first trip to The Cape! What happens on day 2? My alternator goes!! UUGGHH!!!A mechanic up the street from our room recommended me to Chris, at Virgin Auto. This man had my parts ordered, received and had my car 100% in 24 hours! He even put some air in my tires and tidied up a couple little things knowing I had a almost 3 hour drive home! The work was done beautifully and the car runs perfect. His work ethic is what I really respected and appreciated!He checked my car on the lift and brought me over to show me what he sees.. and what he doesn't see.. lol (like Valvoline telling me I had a "massive" power steering fluid leak and they "topped it off for me".. when in reality Chris discovered my steering is electric. This would explain no mess of fluid... anywhere. lol ?♀️?) Had a good chuckle over that.Car trouble in The Cape? Come here! Awesome guy, comfy waiting area, great work, honest, and last but not least, and most important, professional!
