This is my go to Walgreens...although all staff are helpful & friendly, I must shout out 2 that really have made a difference for me...Adrienne and Tamara are so kind, professional and always willing to help! Having employees like that will always have me coming back; along with the cleanliness and great selection of items!

I used to go to the one on route 6a But unfortunately They have changed so dramatically and the pharmacist. Karen, there is so bad and she did some illegal stuff that she shouldn't have done. She even went over my Doctor's head when my doctor had said no substitutions on a medication. Just they would leave you on hold for like hours. They put the phone down and just never pick it back up. They just leave it on the counter. And their customer service has been horrible except for one woman that was working there. Before they changed it from Rite Aid to Walgreens. And so I just couldn't take the abuse from this new pharmacist. Karen at the Yarmouth Port and so I had to move to this one. This Walgreens in South Yarmouth is amazing. They have customer service that is so great. They always are friendly. They're always there to help you. And they never leave you like guessing. Or anything like that so far.They haven't messed anything up, or miscounted anything.Or anything like that. They have not made any mistakes so far with me. I enjoy going here even though it's not as close as the one in Yarmouth Port to where I live because Yarmouth Port one is right down the road. I don't care, I'd rather take the extra whatever 10 minutes to go to this one because their customer service is great, and they always make sure that their customer is taking care of and satisfied with their service. And I really enjoy going here and they're just very nice all of them.I haven't met one employee there that was not like extremely nice and helpful.They always answer their phones.They don't put you on hold for a ton of time.They are always very Attention oriented when it comes to their customers. They want to always help and make sure that everybody gets the help that they need. And they usually are pretty quick too. As well, like when it comes to going in to pick it up. They're pretty quick. The other place in Yarmouth Port. You could be waiting for you know, 30 minutes. In line, it's crazy and it's not even busy. It's just that they are just lazy at that other place. So
I'm really glad that I switched to this pharmacy. I mean yes, it's the same name and the same.
Under the same company but this store specifically, and these employees specifically i just hope and pray that you know they stay open. Because I heard that a couple of these stores and pharmacies are going to be closing. And I don't want them to close because I don't know where else I would go because they're the closest ones to me besides, the bad one so I really don't want them to close. I think they're amazing. And I just can't say enough about them that's good everything I can say about them is good. I can't say anything bad about this specific Walgreens. They have always met my needs when needed. And I just enjoy dealing with that compared to what I was dealing with for so long before I just can't say enough good things about this Walgreens. And they're pharmacy and their stores very clean. It's always fully stocked. You know, they are just great period So if there's anyone that does the decision-making on closing these stores, And they read this please, please.Please do not close this specific store, or the pharmacy.Because they are amazing like their customer service.Their store the way it looks.It's clean pristine.It could not be any better, so please do not close this store.We need this walgreens open because they are amazing in all angles they check all the boxes for me so far.

Love Walgreens. Cvs is so rude and impersonal and you cannot call to speak to anyone. Unless you have a good hour to waste. I will Only go to Walgreens, period.

Love the people at Walgreens but now these new plastic bags and very large rx bottles are Soo unacceptable. The printing on the bags with personel information make them unrecyclable. The printing on the bottles are unreadable because of small very light print. Bring Back the paper.

Walgreens has generally gone bad on the cape. There is no help and how can there pharmacys be constantly closed cape wide. I gave it one star because the few employees working there work doubly hard. I've switched to CVS.

Was great to walk into a place that wasn’t empty first off!!! After striking out at both cvs’s I got gold here and got everything I needed!! Super friendly staff too wish I got names sorry!!!
