My husband and I worked with Linda Fetterhoff to buy our first home. Linda was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond for us when things came up during the inspection process. She took extra steps to make things easier for us when she did not have to. I experienced Jeff Platko as a buyer on one of his listings.
After my inspection turned up extensive termite damage that wasn’t in the sellers disclosure, I backed out of the sale. When we asked why he didn’t include that, he claimed he never went into the basement.
I was shocked by how unprofessional he acted afterward. Insisting my realtor convince me to buy it anyway. He asked for the name of the inspection company/inspector and then harassed them over the phone for telling me about the damage.
Really disappointing how upset he was over not getting to pass off a house on an uninformed buyer.

I couldn’t have worked with a better agent. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, Jake was able to maximize what I could sell my house for. He is personable and very responsive to questions/texts. He made the process as straightforward as it could be. I don’t think anyone knows the Ada market as well.
