We had an exceptional experience at Simply Organic, where my three daughters and I received pedicures and manicures. It was reassuring to know that only organic lotions were used on our skin. The salon was very clean and professional. My girls also adored their friendly poodle puppy, Girly. We will definitely return. We are thrilled to have discovered an organic nail salon in West Michigan.

I wanted to love this place. I really really did because it’s so close to my house. I think I had a total of 10-12 manicures (both dip and shellac) here. I was just consistently having issues though. I went back in once 2 days after getting a shellac because it had a huge chip, and they were super nice about it and fixed it. But it kept happening with other manicures. I had dip once that she put it on way to thick and then it started peeling up at my cuticles. My most recent shellac was sloppy, on my cuticles. So of course just days after it’s starting to peel up. When she was doing it I even gently said something (which I feel SO uncomfortable doing!) and she said “no, it’s not”. So I just let it ride. Well now only 3 days after getting it done I have it peeling up and a big chip at the top of my nail. Jenny did consistent good work, but outside of her it seems very hit or miss. I’m bummed, but it’s just too much money to pay for a mediocre manicure that doesn’t last more than a couple days without issues.

I come here for pedicures and dip manicures. Every technician is friendly and skilled. Love the dogs (free) and Vietnamese eggrolls (for purchase).

I called and made an appointment for a dip manicure and polish change on my toes. When I arrived, it seemed as thought the appointment had been forgotten about. After some back and forth, one of the technicians started on me anyways and somehow my dip manicure took over 2 hours. At first I thought she was being meticulous, but soon realized it was quite the opposite. The dip is uneven, lumpy, and not well done at all. There are even spots on the side of my nails where it’s missing coverage. My nails are inconsistent in length and shape, I had to refile them when I got home. I will be on the hunt for a better place in the GR area after my visit here.Services: Nail extensions

I have been to this nail salon a few times over the past few years, but I have not been there for a while. Recently I scheduled a pedicure. When I got to the salon, I picked out my color and the nail specialist started. There was no small talk, no discussion regarding what services I wanted, or even an explanation regarding the services the salon offers. Although she did not do a terrible job, I really did not feel she did a good job either. My pedicure did not even last a week before chipping and the price was somewhat expensive. I was very disappointed in my services and the results.

Salon did not seem very clean. There were two little dogs there belonging to possibly the owner. . Not only did they get much attention, but were at times yappy and nipped me as I past by to dry my nails! Definitely not the serene experience I expected. I don’t even remember any peaceful music playing. Bad vibe when I walked in ( had to step over a trash can to pick out my polish in a very crowded spot in the salon) and quite impersonal. My Mom and I recently went in for manicures and had a very poor experience. We were told upon walking in that they didn’t have time for dip manicures, meanwhile, we were the only 2 people in the entire place. My mom even asked if they were closing early and they said no. The job felt rushed, the staff was rude and unprofessional- taking personal phone calls, rushing to the point of inflicting pain on our cuticles, etc. My mom and I realized when we were leaving they didn’t even do a top coat on both of our thumbs. We will not being returning.
