Don't ask the employees their opinions. They push garbage. I just got a pre packed half Oz, that was recommended by the dude working and it was hands down the worst prepacked bud I've ever bought. Complete garbage. I can't even smoke it. That dude is a douche bag.

I paid full price (minus veteran discount) for 3 live resin and 1 live rosin cartridge from this location. The production dates are 11/21, 11/21, 12/22, and 1/23. Not a single product was produced in the last year, and 2 are 29 months old. Before I left I told them I did not want them anymore but told me too bad and could get 25% off in the future. I would never waste my time and money at a place like this ever again. I was the only customer there and they still fail to offer any respectable amount of customer service. Instead of pretending to appreciate a veterans service with a 15% discount, maybe they can just pretend to care about customers.

For my first time indulging in cannabis since it was legalized, I popped into Pinnacle Emporium. The staff was super friendly and were very helpful suggesting which edibles to aid with sleep.Edit: I have returned several times; for the service, quality products and helpful staff.

Have been told a few different times by the people that work here if I'm ever on my way and it's close to close to call them and they will hold off for the cpl minutes until I get there, I always know what I want so it would have been a fast in and out and the lady on the phone was extremely rude about staying open fore the 2 minutes it would have took me to run in and pay,
