We have paid AAA for years. Multiple policies for cars and homes. When the roof leaked at one house they sent out unqualified people to deny our claim based on lies (too much to explain here). When the roof leaked on our new roof on our current property, we were told to get our own estimate, so they aren’t consistent in how they handle claims and we already figured it’s not covered. Now after my husband was injured on our property it has taken 3 weeks for someone to tell us that we are not covered for injury but others are. They have continually jacked up our rates and not paid out one penny. State Farm never did this to us and that makes it worth paying a little more! So we are done with Doug Greenly and this crooked company.

We use to rave about Doug Green and his team at AAA, until recently. Our sub-pump went out of our basement and with over 3 feet of water down there we were told NOTHING was covered because we didnt have their “sub-pump†clause on our policy, which we remember clearly was never offered. Definitely would not recommend this company any longer. Shop around folks.
