Hours: Associated Charities is a store that helps those in the community with the greatest need. It offers a ton of great programs for individuals and families, such as a Back to School event with new clothing, shoes, and backpacks for kids before school starts; Keep Lenawee Warm, giving coats and blankets for all ages each year; a Christmas event with new toys for kids at Christmas; and a Birthday Closet with items to give your kid a happy birthday. Clients can shop each week for household items and clothing at no cost, choosing their own items. The store has great vibes, friendly staff, and a clean facility. It is a true gem for low income people, but those who need it most sometimes cannot shop there.
