Always love bath and body! However prices are high and I feel the scent doesn't stay with you! Can't smell the plug ins. Love the candles and soaps. Wish they wouldn't discontinue scents I love!

Love Bath and Body Works products and will continue purchasing, although this gift-giving season was disappointing. Placed an online order 11/26/2021 and did not receive until 12/22/2021. Shipping delays are certainly understandable in a pandemic but this seems an excessive delay. I used the Bath and Body Works chat feature and was cut off before we had the shipping/tracking issue resolved. I phoned Bath and Body works to learn that they were unable to assist since the packages were in the control of the shipping service. In the end, the items arrived too late for my planned gift giving.
