After scheduling my appointment, the dealership called me to offer free pickup and drop off for my service. It was very helpful. I was stuck at home from surgery and could t go anywhere. They notified me of every step of the process. It was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

Jacob Snyder made buying our 2023 Yukon so easy! He was flexible with our challenging schedule and so easy going. It was a very efficient process and he took care of all of the details so we didn't have to spend a long time at the dealership. Been looking at getting a Maverick for a while, went to this local dealership just to see what the options were. Was greeted by Austin (who I saw many previous positive google reviews about) and we sat down and discussed options. Laid out what vehicle I was interested in, price range and trade in. Wasn't committal to anything and didn't feel pressured at all. Trade in value was what I was looking for and we discussed Maverick options. Didn't want anything fancy and wasn't pressured for anything fancy. Whole process was smooth and anxiety free. They worked with me on a budget and who I wanted to finance through. Again, didn't pressure me for add-on crap, I asked for GAP and extended warranty and nothing else. At the end of the day I left with a new vehicle and was very happy with the experience. Dealerships and car salesmen have negative stereotypes attached to them, but I didn't feel that at all at this place. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
