Pharmacist seemed fine but the rest of the employees working back there are incompetent. First time I didn't receive all of my medications, second time I wasn't informed that my insurance didn't cover all of my antibiotic, so I just have some missing... ATTER I mentioned that I already had an issue there. I live 45 minutes away so I don't know the area, but go somewhere else if you have the opportunity

I stopped in for an antibiotic a couple minutes before closing because I had just left the walk in. The pharmacist looked up at me at 7:02 and said this woman was here before 7, but you weren't here so I cant help you. I told him that I was there before 7. He rolled his eyes and asked me my name. He looked it up and said that because he didn't have my insurance information he didn't have time to put it in and help me because I would have to pay out of pocket. I am completely understanding of closing by a certain time, but he definitely could have been way less rude.

I happened to hit the pharmacy during a slow time. As usual, the staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. A slow time at CVS is always a gift.

They put my sons liquid medication in a pill bottle. Pharmacist Patrick laughed that it spilled and refused to help. However even though this CVS has a terrible pharmacist, the girl who answered the phone was kind. The CVS in Tecumseh (not this location) quickly made calls on behalf to help my son without laughing at my extremely stressful situation. I highly suggest going to them instead.Update: This is the closest pharmacy to me and this time I was prescribed antibiotics and nasal spray. Again, Pharmacist Patrick was working. They got me my antibiotic. They then said that was the only prescription they saw. I told them I should have a nasal spray. They said "well your insurance won't cover it." I informed them that my provider had confirmed coverage. They refused. Called Tecumseh CVS, sure enough the brand covered by my insurance just needed to be ordered. Patrick did not attempt to look up this information or order my covered prescription so I had to go to a further pharmacy

I purchased a drink that was expired since May 8 2023. I returned to the store to exchange the drink and noticed that all 10-15 were expired. I let the person working know. Their response was “people will buy them”. That’s disgusting. I didn’t know CVS condones the sale of expired products in mass amounts. I will not be returning because CVS does not care about the safety of their patrons.

Put my liquid medication in a pill bottle for my six month old son. When it inevitably spilled, they refused to do anything except laugh at me. The pharmacist who laughed at my son not having his medication was named Patrick. It was amoxicillan for his strep throat.

We like this CVS a lot better than the ine in the town that we moved from. The store was clean and modern inside. The pharmacy is prompt and has our prescriptions ready in no time. We like that we get text reminders to our phones and can access our account through the app.

The drive thru is really slow, I would recommend to go get food before you get in the drive thru line. I always hate when I have to go to this location. They could have 3 cars in n front of me and I'll have to wait 20 minutes for my turn. When it is my turn it takes 45 seconds wait is going on with all the other people? How about telling the others if there items are not ready to get back in line instead of letting them wait for it to be filled while there is a line.....
