Nice pharmacy. They are always helpful and on top of things. My family and I recently moved to the Adrian area for Monroe Michigan. The difference in the CVS in Adrian is night and day compared to our old cvs. This VVS is clean and very well-kept. The customer service is outstanding. The pharmacist always informs you about your medications and possible side effects. Everybody in our family has transferred their prescriptions to here

I had a very good experience at the North Main Adrian, Mi. location this a.m. I was helped by Monica, who made sure that I received the discounts that applied and applied my \"Carepass\" discount as well. Her actions and attitude at the main checkout counter were excellent! Thank you very much

Went in to get the family vaccinated against COVID-19. Pharmacy refused us shots because they don't accept our insurance- Tricare. OK, CVS- I get you won't be back "in-network" for another few weeks, but to outright refuse us vaccines because you may not get paid as much for giving us our first shot? CVS does not care about health. Their profits over people policies make that perfectly clear.

The store is nice & normally stocked. However, the pharmacy is horrible. They've been shorting me on my prescriptions. It's ridiculous that I have to count my meds when I get home. My doctor called in a script around 2pm & the app still said processing at 10pm. I had to call them to get it filled. It's an antibiotic. Obviously I needed it that day. Then the pharmacist shorted me on it. I was supposed to get 10 which they charged me for. However I only got 6. I'm trying to call them. Been on the hold for 45 minutes now. This pharmacy needs to be called about.

Adrian store regularly closes early. It is inconvenient enough that you are no longer open 24 hrs, but locking the doors early when you claim to be open until midnight has gotten really old. I guess you have to work first shift if you need any OTC medications.

I really hate to rate CVS so low how ever they have a great reputation of buying up all of the small mom-and-pop shops that we like going to because we can get our medication in 15 minutes to 30 minutes and they have done this now to myself at least twice in the last 4 years they simply make the owners of the mom and pop shop and offer they cannot refuse and then they bring them to work at CVS. What I don't like about this is 90% of the time it takes them 5 hours to fill a couple medications or it's excuse after excuse on the telephone about how they don't have enough workers and everybody's begging for a job. I am definitely not one to leave reviews like this and it is probably one of my first however I have had nothing but bad luck with this CVS and time management but if you're going to buy up every company in Adrian then you better have your company fast and on time with staff. when you say an hour and then it should be ready in an hour to an hour and a half not five hours. I'm very sorry for you folks to hear this but it's my honest opinion and that's why I am a contributor to this. They do have great stuff there it's a little pricey but I'm so disappointed in their Pharmacy although they do have two great people from Adrian Family Pharmacy that they hired when they bought them out and them guys are good people it's just some of the other people. hope you all understand where I'm coming from

Staff is friendly. However, they rarely have prescription medications in stock. If u r on a routine prescription that u have to take on certain days, do not go here! They more than likely won't have it. Filling a script takes a ridiculous amount of time! People have JOBS AND LIVES! So far, I have been waiting 7 hrs to get a cpl scripts filled! 7 HOURS! STILL NOT READY! Their app says it was ready at 2pm. Called at 530pm & no it's not. They haven't even started on them. I was told in a half hrIt's been over an hr & STILL NOT READY!!!! COME ON!!!

takes to long. and I get alerts that the meds are ready drive 30 minutes and get there and the meds are not even filled. the girls that work there are always nice and friendly.

It seems like lately this pharmacy has gone down hill. Not sure if it's new management but they used to call and let you know if they are out of the product or that your prescription is filled.Yesterday I dropped off a prescription for my husband who just had surgery. I was advised that the prescription will be filled at one o'clock.I returned to the store and was in the drive thru behind six cars. After waiting over 20 minutes I get to the window only to be informed it was getting filled and if I could drive back around and get in line then it should be filled.Total disappointment with the customer service and this is not the first incident with this CVS.I'm currently looking at taking my business elsewhere.
