The associate with the long beard and glasses is always very rude. They continue to say “no cheating” any time someone goes over to look at blind bags. What does it matter to them if someone wants to try and figure out which character they are getting? Maybe they need one or two more and don’t want to waste money on duplicates? And if they are making a sale isn’t that what matters?

It would be nice to be able to purchase something without being questioned a million times to purchase protection. I'm not interested in purchasing protection and it shouldn't even be a thing. If I say No the first time then that should be the answer you accept. Don't continue to grill me as to why I should purchase it. Get it together GameStop. Now I remember why I always use Amazon for all my purchases. I don't have to deal with your employees who try to upsell everything.

The lack of trained personnel and over abundance of just JUNK filling the store makes it look more like a flea market than a respectable business. I don't know what's happened to this place in the last six months, but this store isn't the store I loved to visit. Everything just feels wrong, crowded and like the store is shifting away from video games and is just trying to cash in on cheap but overpriced toys and lame trends. Without any game variety to pick from I might as well just shop digitally and download everything I want without burning up my gas or wasting my time inside of a messy store that's vastly understaffed and overworked.

It's GameStop. Kinda hard to be bad. Aside from the possibility of an employee being rude I doubt this place ever gets bad reviews.

Staff knows what they're doing and don't need a micromanager hovering over them all the time. It's also nicely organized.

We worked with a very helpful young man. He knew his inventory without checking the computer. He Knew the right things because he likes his job. Passion is hard to find these days. Keep up the good work.
