Bought a tv stand and they sold it. Gave me my money back, however I also drove 40 minutes to be able to pick it up. Only to find out they sold it (again). I’ve always donated here, but this was my first time ever actually purchasing and unfortunately my last. Don’t recommend spending your money here.

I recently took a chance and stopped by the Adrian Goodwill. While it's not my usual go-to, I was hoping to find a few hidden gems. The store was mostly filled with clothing, which isn't my typical focus. Despite this, I did manage to find a few things I liked. While the prices weren't as low as I'd hoped, I still feel like I got good value for my money. Overall, it was a decent shopping experience.

A worker tried unlocking the fitting room on me and I had to yell 3 times while pulling the door shut before he left, no knock or anything. Also there was a mom with two kids who were cause a disturbance the entire time I was shopping and one of the kids ran out of the store into the road and the worker ran out with the mom to retrieve the kid and then acted like it was a normal occurrence.

Unprofessional and rude employees. My daughter tried on some clothes and left a small pile in the dressing room. We had to go and I told her to leave it. Two of the ladies loudly shamed her and were rolling their eyes. I have donated hundreds of dollars in items and spent hundreds of dollars in this store. I don't think that gives us the right to make a mess in a dressing room, I did have a conversation with my daughter about keeping things organized when she tries clothing on but it also doesn't give them the right to react unprofessionally and talk about her right in front of her where multiple customers can hear. I won't be donating or shopping here ever again.

I asked the cashier to split the transaction on 2 cards. She put it all on one causing me a $20 overdraft fee. She said there's was nothing she could do because the sale already went through. This store is going downhill. They seem to have lost focus on customer sevice. The Items are overpriced. My daughter waited 20 mins one time to try on clothes. When asked about the other dressing room the response was we're not really suppose to use them. No valid reason why was given

9 people in line and only one register open and taking forever. you have at least 10 workers on the floor and 1 register open that’s ridiculous and no stocking is being done they’re just walking around.

I liked this place very much until I went in one day and seen them removing items with the colored tag of the day which isn't right!

Clean and a friendly staff. Went through the store and Sunday morning must be the day they clean shelves and rearrange items. I probably would have bought more but when I can not get close to some items to look at, and saying excuse me didn't work, just paid for the two items and called it a day. I am from out of town and was killing time.
