I went to get my haircut this morning, I did not make an appointment (my fault) the individual who took my name and information was very sweet, told me it would be an hour wait. Not a problem, I had errands to run, she advised I’d receive a text when wait time was close to 15 minutes. I received a text confirming that I would receive a text when the wait was at 15 minutes. This was at 10:57 am… it’s now 3:23 pm and I’ve still not received a text. I went to Walmart Hair Salon, got in shortly after my arrival, staff were fantastic, haircut was great. I will never go to Great Clips again.

Requested style: Its great clips... you dont expect a masterpiece.
Stylist: Very nice stylists, some who talk and some who focus on the hair (both are really appreciated depending on the day)
