It's a Hampton Inn and Suites, you're not going to get bed turndown service. On the other hand it's as well kept and clean of. Hampton Inn and Suites as you'll find. Friendly staff breakfast was kept up and rotatin menu.. I stayed here for 6 dsys a year ago while taking a class at SBWI and very happy. Back for 2 days this year. Highly recommend it if you are guessing where to stay in Adrian. Also lots of restaurants and stores nearby including grocery, Walgreens, and Walmart if you forgot something. If you venture 5 minutes to downtown try Sauce Italian restaurant.

At $159.90 per night for a small room with 2 double beds, this was a Very disappointing Hampton Inn stay. The hotel was overrun by several baseball teams of rowdy kids. Frankly, way out of control kids.
The lobby area and the breakfast area was overrun and very loud each time that we walked by. Saturday evening (2nd night of our stay) had the tile hallway floors very wet from all the kids tracking water from the pool. It was Ver slippery and dangerous.
The biggest problem was that kids were running the upstairs floors, yelling, knocking or banging on doors (not their own), and throwing a ball against an inside room wall. A wall that we happened to share. A complaint was filed with the overwhelmed front desk clerk, who said that she was alone. No “manager on duty” was available at all; not even for her to call (she said).
That rude yelling and knocking/banging on (our) door continued on frequently up to and past 12:30am.
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL THAT YOU CAN COUNT ON GETTING SLEEP AT.
The front desk clerk said that quiet is not expected or “enforced” until 11:00pm.
A horrible policy if you need to exit early in the morning!
At this point, we are reconsidering our loyalty to Hilton, and certainly loyalty to Hampton Inns.

*I have contacted Luke, the GM, without response.
I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Adrian, MI. I had booked my stay through Booking.com, a third-party service that Hampton Inn has chosen to partner with. Upon arrival for check-in on July 25, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior from two front desk employees, Lisa and Nikki.
Despite showing them my booking confirmation number, a welcome email from Hampton Inn, and clearly arriving on the correct date (July 25), I was told I was a “no call no show.” I was standing directly in front of the front desk at 3:15 p.m. on the date of check-in. The accusation was completely illogical and frankly insulting.
Nikki, who openly stated she was, “just trying to leave her shift”, laughed at the situation and made it very clear she did not care about resolving the issue. Lisa, who identified herself as the manager, was equally unhelpful, condescending, and entirely lacking in basic hospitality. She offered no empathy, no solutions, and treated me as if I were at fault for something clearly beyond my control (picture confirmation of the booking & date below). When I asked to speak with someone above her, she told me it would be a complete waste of time (I did email Luke, the GM on Friday 7/25).
This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a brand like Hampton Inn that claims to prioritize customer service and hospitality. If you choose to work with third-party booking platforms, you have a responsibility to honor those reservations or, at the very least, treat guests with respect when issues arise.
I have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and have come to expect a certain standard of professionalism. Unfortunately, that standard was entirely absent here. Lisa and Nikki made what should have been a routine check-in an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience.
I hope Hilton corporate takes this matter seriously. If this is the level of service that Hampton Inn deems acceptable, I will gladly take my business and my recommendations elsewhere.
*I will say a thank you to Tiffany, who ended up checking my family in a different room which I paid for - again. I have now paid twice for the same room and check in dates.

For a new hotel the walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Kids playing baseball in the halls at midnight. The rooms itself were nice and bathrooms were great. Just an okay stay.

They are a pet friendly hotel which is great, but also not so great for those coming in after. Our room smelled like cat pee, there was still litter on the floor next to the entertainment stand.
Our shower had not been cleaned, there was a bar of soap with long black hair on it still sitting in the shower.
The breakfast was amazing, pool is small and was full of unruly teenage boys that literally had waves so high that it was flooding the area with chairs. The worker in the lobby handled that great.
It was over 100 outside when we stayed and they let me stay in the lobby with my 6 week old grandson while my daughter was at the softball fields coaxhing.

Was triple charged. Called the location and was told there was noting they could do about it. Their management was out of town. Would definitely not recommend.

Shower was pretty gross but everything else was clean. Keurig is kept on a bottom shelf right by the floor, which grossed me out.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms are clean. The breakfast everyday was phenomenal!!!!!!! I think it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
The pool is small so my kids didn’t enjoy as much… but that’s ok.
It’s in a good location if you need to walk to some restaurants.
The staff were awesome!
