They never help. It's either "call this number" or "there nothing we can do". I have lost money and have had my card locked because of this branch.

Tellers and managers are all very friendly, but the bank itself needs to upgrade their Commadore 64 computers to pretty much anything they can afford,. Absolutely the slowest processing of any transaction through mobile app or in person at the actual bank,. I have never ever seen anything like this but maybe post stamp and envelope, sad to see how far behind everybody else they are

I used to love this Bank and have referred a few people there staff is normally very friendly. But today's experience has changed my mind.

All of the bankers, tellers are amazing. I've been banking here for 7 years. I have all my personal, business accounts and commercial loans here. They've been super helpful with every interaction. I also appreciate the small town feeling when you go into the bank or drive thru and they recognize you and call you by name.

I love huntington bank. If u mess up on adding and overdraw your account and don't usually do it, then they give you 24 hours to fix it. In some cases u can screw up big time and call their 800 number and the people will work with u to get it resolved. My bf overdrew his acct several times so he got several fees. He called the 800 number and they said if u can cover the original money u over spent then they will waive the fees. Saved him over $100 in fees!!! Awesome people!!!

Staff is not helpful when having issues with online banking.It's best to use locally owned banks or credit unions. I'm not in favor of chain banks- they just don't seem to care!

Husband was doing his business work for his office and was talking to a banker who convinced my husband to apply for a home equity line of credit. So we applied and was told it was a done deal. After sending all the paperwork they asked for and constant reassurance that we were approved by Brandon we received a letter denying us. I'm not upset about the denial as much as the leading on by Brandon and the fact a credit report was used and dropped score 35 points. I think Brandon needs to learn not to lie to people and convince them of something that isn't true to only get a credit report to lower a person's score knowing it gets used against them . Never liked Huntington Bank. My husband uses them. I will never them as a financial institution for my banking needs.

Super friendly neighborhood bank. Only down side is that they wont just cash my paycheck. Have to deposiy it and wait until the next day to get money
