I have been there a few times before and they were pretty good. However this time was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was there for over 2 hours soaking in water that turned cold. They kept skipping past me numerous of times saying the other customers had appointments which i understand but they should have told me that from the beginning and not had me soaking in water for 2+ hours. Eventually, I had to just get up and walk out with no apology at all. I will never be going back there again. The other customers had way more sympathy than the employees.

Went in for a pedicure. As we were sitting there, we noticed that no one cleans the foot tub OR their pedicure tools in between customers. The employees would put the tools back into their bucket and go right to the next person and use the same exact tools. It was every employee, not specific to just one.

listen, I used to go here for my nails every time I needed them done and I’ve had a few bad experiences with people being too rough that work there and people that have poor customer service but I just recently went and got a full set paid $65 because I gave him a $10 tip and it’s been three days and my nails are already lifting and getting water under them so I reached out and they told me to come in and the guy that messed them up would fix them however he just used nail glue and then called it fine when I said they were still lifting the next day they told me I would have to pay to fix the nails that are coming up not OK when a set looks like trash after three days of having them I will not be going back they are definitely on reliable for nail service. Sometimes you go and they look amazing and the next day you go and get someone else who doesn’t know how to do their job.

This is my first time coming here and it is the best set I’ve ever gotten anywhere! Such an even application and the tech was so nice! Best set I’ve ever had!

You guys i’ve seen so many negative comments here. LISTEN UP i’ve been going to jon since i was a kid and my mom has been going to him for 15 years!! ive tried going to different people(in knails) and i haven’t had a good experience with anyone but him. PLEASE if you go ask for jon and if he is busy make sure you ask for his wife she’s amazing too!! These pictures are of me and my friends i also tell them to go to jon!

This place has had a bad rap for a while. I have never had any issues at all until today. I’ve been going on and off for years. The gentlemen in the back office area was bad. He couldn’t bother to be off the phone (had an ear piece in) nor stop staring at whatever he was watching on his actual phone. I had gel polish on my natural nails and he ground it all of with the machine. Leaving my real nails sore and red and one finger with a spot on it that I’m not sure should have been painted over. The water he had me stick my hands into was very cold and he didn’t use any oil or lotion on my hands at all, I was there for a manicure. Everyone else I’ve encountered there has been great but this gentlemen will never touch my nails again.

Horrible customer service while getting my pedicure the owner stepped away for 20 min to talk on the phone then again to speak to vender so it took me over a hour for a pedicure I’m sorry she’s so rude

My nails look awful and they were just done a couple hours ago. The color I chose was running out and he kept having to try and fix that to make it come out of the bottle. My nails look lumpy and polish is all over my fingers. I will be calling them today to see if they will do anything about it.

Always walk in on whim. They’re always great! So nice and get me in quick. Always feel great when I leave and my nails are always fabulous!
