Never had a problem with the what was two branch’s in Adrian. Had a couple troubles in the last 30+ years and they were resolved before the end of the business day. I have even kept the bank with us moving 1800 miles away.

Not very helpful not sure why I keep my accounts here. Always slow and not very helpful when I need something done. Most days they give me a hard time just getting change, when I ask a hundred in ones it's like I asked them to complete my taxes. I dislike most banks still since they have so my reason to keep your money from you.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. We have been loyal customers for 10 years. We have used them for loans and always paid them off. We had a mortgage through them and paid that off in 10 years. The problems all started last year when a teller decided that she would make snide comments about our financial situation at the time to my brother in law who loaned us money to avoid an overdraft fee. None of her business. She did get spoken to about the issue but the next time we went in she passively aggressively gave us a pamphlet on budgeting and smirked. We let it slide. Then this year we sold our home and moved across country. We had money in the account and couldn't close the account. We transfered all of the money to our new bank, changed all of our direct deposit and autowithdrawal information, and called and asked to close the account. They refused to close the account. During this time the pandemic happened and our debit cards expired. A business used our routing number to charge us even though said business was closed and our cards were expired. We were not notified of this over draft. Then yesterday we get a letter in the mail back dated a week saying we need to pay by the day before yesterday or we would get charged again. So my husband called them up this morning and they refuse to work with us even knowing we moved 1200 miles away. They still won't close the account. We arent going to drop money on a plane ticket to come to Michigan to close an account we don't even have active cards for. This bank is a bigger joke than TLC and thats saying a lot.

I just did a motorcycle loan with Alaya A. My credit union didnt want to finance a "custom chopper". I called Alaya, whom I've worked with in the addison branch and she was right on it. 24 hours later i had approval. She is a joy to work with, bubbly and personable. Thanks Alaya for making it happen. That Python has always been my dream bike.

Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. PLEASE PLEASE anyone who is looking for a bank PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond all of that their customer services is TERRIBLE very rude, in a hurry to get off the phone and clearly also misinformed. Can't wait to pay this car off and NEVER BANK WITH KEYBANK AGAIN!!!
