I was there on 2/19/24. I wasn't impressed with the cashier, and i didn't get her name. She seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. I was trying to look for my coupon on my phone. She seemed put out. She didn't even ask me if I had a rewards card. I guess since I ended up giving her the gift card I had gotten for my birthday, she thought I didn't have a Kohl's account. Second time I have gotten a rude cashier. Two strikes against you, Kohl's of Adrian. Next time, I will just close my ctedit account and shop elsewhere. If you hate waiting on the public, get another job. If you are having a bad day, don't take it out on the customer because whatever the reason is it wasn't their fault.

Clean, fast in and out and we'll organized. Extremely over priced without Kohl's cash or a Kohl's coupon. Same product down the street at Meijers or Walmart is almost half off.
