It was never made clear that a 10-day notice was required before ending your rentals, resulting in a $25 charge per unit. While it may be stated in the contract, it was not mentioned during the signing process. Be cautious!

I really like this storage facility. Secure and well maintained equipment. I have never not been able to access the storage area because the access equipment was broken. My only complaint is the hours available for access. For the price of the units, we should have access anytime. 24 hour access would be an awesome policy change for those of us who work early in the morning and sometimes late in the evening. This request should be revisited and access hours made more user friendly. Would be a 5 star if the hours were to be changed!

Have attempted to contact this place 5 times within the last week to make a storage payment online on their website or over the phone. Password as usual won't take on website, had this issue before. ? I don't know why they aren't picking up the phone.
