“The fact that today was our first time shopping at a Rue 21 store is a shock. Especially after the wonderful experience I had with two of the greatest staff members I have ever come in contact with in a retail position. We are actually from Toledo and had our first visit at our local store today. Unfortunately, they had a shirt my daughter really wanted but not in her size. We ended up getting a size bigger but then seen online that the Adrian store had the size we needed in stock, so we made the 40 minute trip. That's when we met Eric and Mia, who exceeded every expectation in what customer service is all about. We were warmly greeted, told about sales, and checked on periodically to make sure we were finding everything we needed. They took our items we were going to purchase and held them for us behind the counter so we didn't have to carry them around and upon checking out, they made sure we had an even amount of items in order for us to take full advantage of the buy 1 get 1 for $10 sale. They even exchanged the "1 size too big" shirt we bought from our local store for the correct size my daughter needed. The store is well taken care of and they had pretty much all sizes in stock. We had no issue at all finding the sizes we needed and there were so many great styles for my pre-teen. We were so occupied with trying things on that I didn't realize it was 11 minutes after the time they closed. Once I realized, I started apologizing and they didn't hesitate in extending such grace and patience to us while my daughter tried on her last outfit. Words cannot express how amazing these two humans are. The world needs more people like you, Eric and Mia. Your kindness, grace, and effort is so much appreciated and recognized. Beautiful people and wonderful store. I highly recommend this Rue 21 location! <3”

“Amazing customer service, Kim helped me find the correct sizes and options for my husband by searching through an entire rack and shelves of dress shirts. She explained how the larger sizing letter system worked as it was unfamiliar to me. Kim was patient and kind throughout. Kim also offered a matching discount for the nogo since the brand size needed was not in stock. We found out at the register that Kim is the store manager. Since our cashier Tracy was so helpful and radioed to see who helped us. Super job from all who helped us so quickly and thoughtfully.”
