I've unfortunately had to have four pets cremated over the past 5 years. The people at Peaceful Paws are so helpful and understanding, they really help make the process a little bit easier.

Saying goodbye to our beloved dog was one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do, but the team here made the experience as comforting and respectful as possible. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. Every step of the process was explained with care, and we never once felt rushed or overlooked.
They handled our dog with such dignity—it truly meant the world to us. The cremation process was handled professionally and promptly, and the keepsake items we received were beautiful and thoughtfully prepared.

Within 19 months I had to euthanize 3 jrt's. We were devastated. Angie, was kind, thoughtful and present every step of the way, through each of them. I understand how painful of a time it is when we lose our beloved fur babies, so does Angie.
More than once, as I was on my way out of the door, others were bringing their deceased pets in. Imagine all day, day after day, dealing with the families of these fur babies and these fur babies too. Remember, it is for the love of family and pets that Angie does this important work.
In our devastaion, sometimes, when we are that upset we say things and confuse things. Angie was so patient with me. She confirmed spelling, (I filled out the information) she answered my questions, (even when I asked the same one more than once), she made me feel that I was important and so were each of my fur babies. I am so grateful for Angie and all her emotional and physical hard work.
I can honestly say I believe Angie will do her best to be there for you and your beloved fur babies too.

I just wanted to say these ppl are great an caring. They make it so peaceful an nice why ur ur dealing with the loss of ur pet. We bin hear a few times an everytime has bin great.

I would never recommend this place to anyone I was treated very poorly on top of them spelling my baby’s name wrong *Diva Marie Horton Angie and Dave were terrible my prints were sloppy and my clay print is upside down no matter what way you turn it something will always be upside down on top of her paw print being sideways please stay clear of this place as they are only in this for money

Losing a loved one is a very hard process, thank you Angie for helping so much in this hard time. The care, respect, and understanding you showed Daisy May and my family was greatly appreciated! Daisy's urn and paw print are so beautiful. I noticed there was some of her fur in the print and it made me so happy to see that, thank you for that! I truly could not recommend a better buisness or a better person to assist us.

Called on a Saturday after we unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our dog. They called me back immediately even through they were out of town, and had someone come meet me right away. The paw print I purchased is also adorable. Thank you for taking care of my baby and giving him back to me in a way so I could keep him with me forever.

Back in October I lost my beloved dog.Harley was a major part of my family. The lady in the office was so understanding both on the phone & when I dropped him off. I couldn't ask for any better service & his paw prints came out lovely.

They took good care of my pet and were kind and understanding while they helped me set my cat up in her final resting state. The quality of the cremation jewelry is good and the box I got her ashes in is beautiful. Make sure to note that it takes 3 to 5 days to get your pet back BUT that is because the owner is the only one working here and they make sure to do solo cremations so you get only your dear loved one and no one else. I really appreciate all the heard work that they put into my baby's after death care.To the owner,Thank you!

Took the time to meet me on a weekend, was extremely kind and caring, explained everything great and I left feeling good leaving my baby in great hands. I was guaranteed pickup by Friday and got a call the Wednesday before that she was already ready. Easy pick up and a beautiful urn. They also offered many types of memorial options. Plus the cutest kitty there that I swear meows hello when you come in. Quite comforting and adorable❤️
