They were very responsive , very quick. Lady was nice on the phone and the guy that came to help me was very kind and respectful and knowledgeable. Gave me pointers on my car. Good service all around and affordable. Hopefully i don’t need to be towed again lol, but if i do i will be calling them.

I had a car towed by them and while the operator was winching the car onto the flat bed the winch cable got caught on the bed and split my front bumper in half, on site the operator admitted fault to splitting the bumper as he should of use ramps to pull it on the bed. The operator then informed me that they would make it right and to call the office in the morning, the office and I went back and forth for a couple months and stated that they did not cause the damage and it was already damaged before the tow. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you are forced to use them like I was, I would record the entire process so you don't end up with $1,200 worth of damage like me.

Great service! We broke down driving home from Michigan to Ohio. No other tow company would answer their phone. Thank goodness Poe's did. The driver called me right away to find out where we were and kept me updated on how long he was going to be. I was just so happy that he came to our rescue in the middle of the night. I highly recommend using this company.

Absolutely terrible service.
Charged me $125 for a 15 mile tow, told me it would be 30 minutes. An hour later I called and the lady was extremely rude saying she should’ve called but didn’t. they had to get a different driver and it would be another 20 minute,I asked if I could have any discount and she said no and started getting loud and very rude so I said I was going to call the company in the morning to report this situation because it’s unexceptable and she got even louder and I told her to please not get rude and she hung up.Service: Car towing

Had to basically beg the guy to pull us off the icy road we couldn't drive down were stuck on for 5 hrs...when he finally pulled us off the road I'll say thumbs up thanks

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Josh was here within 10 minutes after I was locked out of my car. I have had to get roadside help twice from Poe’s and they were there in a flash to help both times. Other time was a tire change. BEST customer service. The gentleman that helped was so nice and went above and beyond. I will continue to use Poe’s for any service I need. 5 stars!!!
