I've had bunions for years and anticipated surgery. Had terrible pain and exhaustion walking very far and was sore all over from a 3 hour shift at work. First visit here and they fitted me with a nice looking shoe. Also helped with back pain from the wrong shoe. I'm hooked! Forget the surgery!

I had a great experience here with Mrs E. I have a very wide foot, so it's difficult to find shoes that fit properly.She was very knowledgeable and helped me get new shoes that fit perfectly!

I REALLY enjoyed my shopping experience here. Training for a half marathon, so I needed some official running shoes and gear. Running is new to me, and Kerri was great at giving advice, but also helped me understand the mechanics of running. She made me feel confident and excited for my future endeavor, with a fresh outlook on running. Loving my new shoes so far! BUT WAIT! I HAD to go back, because I wanted to try this electrolyte mix that I initially was hesitant on buying. Eric gave me the whole scoop! ? It was super neat to hear the history of the product! Again - left feeling like I learned something, was pleased with my service, and looking forward to the future - a healthier me! I can't wait to go back to share my success story with Eric and Kerri! They made me feel like family and I intend on keeping it that way!

I visited here for the first time ever in March of 2023. Arhletico PT recommended I get better shoes and they referred me to Running with Ease.They mainly sell running and walking shoes. They didn't appear to have a large selection of casual footwear, but they do have socks and other accessories. No boots. No steel toe footwear, at least at the time of this review.First, I belive that this was one of the best visits I've ever had at a retail sales store. The owners, husband and wife, were incredibly helpful. They offered many options and I was able to find a pair of nice and comfortable shoes. They provided suggestions and information on shoe care, socks, etc. My wife even ended up buying a pair for her. The personable experience with both owners was just so refreshing. They watch you walk bare foot. Assess your stride and your arch. Then pick footware based on your needs.Overall, an excellent experience. Will be returning for future footwear needs. Highly recommend.

This store is going to have a few brands that they feel confident in. I can guarantee that regardless of what your foot need is, they will have a shoe, but it might not be the brand you thought you wanted to get. They are knowledgeable and will help you find the right shoe, rather than just basing a shoe off of the look/design.I purchased my last pair of Brooks running shoes here and paid exactly what I would have anywhere else, including online.They also have other running gear for those looking for it.If you recently had a foot appointment and learned you needed to find the "right" shoe, there isn't anywhere else in Lenawee that can get that for you. Give them a visit and make the investment. Your feet will thank you.

Excellent service tremendous amount of knowledge on what shoes to buy for the type of arch you have and what type of walking/running you are doing. Highly recommend if you want a pair of shoes that provide the correct amount of cushion and support.Thanks.

I went in this store after recommendation from my chiropractor about a month ago. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and what she said for my issues made sense. I was wanting to think about things since they cost so much before I purchased. I ended up going to another shop I was recommended to by a friend and purchased a pair there. They were not helping my feet pain so I went back in to this shop today to purchase the pair she originally talked to me about. She said you were here had me pull all kinds of shoes and spent my time and then left to "think it over" and bought somewhere else. So you want me to do all that again?" I said no forget it I will just go back to where I got these from. She goes" yeah". Like I am sorry that I made a purchase somewhere else. But I came back to them because of my initial experience with her was a good one. I have never been treated so poorly at a place of retail in my life. I was at the other store on a weekend evening and they felt good in the store and I was desperate for relief and unfortunately they did not work out for me. Apparently if you want to mull it over, then purchase elsewhere and have your purchase not work out, you cannot come back to Running with E's to buy from them without them getting pissed that you didn't purchase from them initially. People come to places to try things and don't purchase all the time. You do not treat people with so much indecency because they did not choose your store after time spent. I fully intended to get a pair today but was not wanted. I will never be back and will not have good things to say in the future.
