Bought a used saddle that I thought was going to be able to work for my horse. However my mistake was buying it sight unseen online. The saddle had been screwed back together for the girth plates, old rubber around the horn and adhesive tape on the horn. This saddle was not salvageable, the seat in complete ruined. Contacted them and they told me We did show the damage on the sale and said it sold as is. If you watch the sale they did not show the seat damage or the screws half holding on girth on. I have been scammed for $500. Buyer beware of these people as stand up people wouldn't have ever sold this saddle. God will have the last say.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. My wife and I purchased from these people, and every time there was drama. In each order something would be "thrown in" and ADDED to the bill. It wasn't what we wanted (in addition to our order)...and it only added a few dollars to the bill, so we let it slide. But it happened every time. Wth? So , whatever... we threw out the nick knack that they threw in and just dealt with the few extra dollars we were charged for it. Support small business, I say. So we ordered again. Now it was a method of payment issue. Moody Mare cannot wait to get paid. Their invoicing is rapid and repetitive. I click on their link to pay them, and the link didn't work (we were not overdue yet, we bought the items about 3 days before). So..I emailed asking what method of payment they would prefer (Zelle? Venmo?) The reply was curt ...and essentially "Click on the link". Ok....so 17 min later I get another demand to pay. I am in the car, away from my home computer so....figuring they are kinda desperate, I sent the money via Paypal. After all, they did accept payment in that method in the past..so it must be acceptable to them..after all...they are badgering me to pay RIGHT NOW...so....its at least paid, and I feel I am acting in good faith. Well. Next comes the emails ..a few of them and they are not happy. They are even really angry,it seems. I try to work it out and their solution is to sell the items I had in my cart and say they will prevent me from purchasing from them in the future. Well, THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY. Spiteful. I get the sense this is a small group of amatuers with an attitude. It's a shame because I'd like to support small business...but the attitude? Who needs it. There is no reason to support businesses who feel its beneath them to answer an email with full sentences. A business who adds things to your bill without your permission. Adds things to your bill. ..and to top it off..is RUDE.

I gave them one star because no stars is not an option. They did not open there store according to the posted hours. I called with no answer. But I got a text that says "I hear you called. How can I help you". So I answered. I got another that said "sorry I'm unavailable". If they are not willing to be open they need to state that in all areas in which a consumer might reach out to them. I drove a long way on a recommendation and was angry that my time was wasted.
