They rarely answer their phone... They NEVER CALL YOU BACK, they're expensive, and supposedly have cameras on the premises but our stuff was stolen from in front of our unit..INDOORS....SMH

Just got a unit from them, said it was out back, turns out the unit was 1 mile down the street, gave me the wrong address to get there. Not great service and this is day 1.

Great storage facility. Units are climate controlled,clean and plenty of room to navigate your items. The personal are available and are always helpful in answering your questions. I would highly recommend.

I have called and let them know I am moved out of my unit now 2 times and I am still being charged. No answer but voicemail left both times. When I came up there when I was moving my stuff up the guy inside told me to call to cancel, leave my unit door open, and said i would be done. now i’m paying 120 a month on something I am not using. You would think you would want the college students on your side out here as a lot of us get units at the end of the year making it easier for us to move back in. Will not be back with you guys. would rather pay more monthly for a company that abides by customers needs.

No upkeep, no maintenance, no cleaning, restroom always broke (lie) & opens whenever. It's climate controlled but still manages to be rustic, like outside is cleaner. Not sure what the person does who works there, the office is surrounded by garbage inside the building.

Supposed to be 24 hour access. No keys available to get into our unit. Nobody answers the phone. Waited until opening time. Actually 25 mins past opening time, still nobody here. Called again, still no answer. Never had problems before until now We live an hour away.
