The staff at Verizon are awesome! Practically Corlando and Austin and Derek! Very friendly, helpful and very patient with me. I'm very ADD and I tend to ask a lot questions. Lol

Tried calling no one answered got there and i went inside i watched the guy continue to play on his phone while the phone rang then they claimed they couldn't do anything for a broken phone and we're extremely rude about it

I picked up a “new” iPhone 14 in Dec 2023 from this store, but the phone was actually used. When I tried to set it up, there was already a 6 digit passcode on it. The store was not helpful in resolving the problem or facilitating an exchange. Instead they suggested I call Apple, who said the phone had actually been activated a month before my purchase. After hours on tech support, I finally had it resolved, but no one should have to deal with that. I understand mistakes happen, but at least try to be helpful to the customer.

Horrible customer service. This is an Authorized Retailer, not an actual Verizon Corporate store. Obviously, they don't hold their employees to the same standards.

Went into the store and needed help with an issue. Everybody was warm and helpful, especially the manager. Sorry to read the negative reviews, what a bunch of Karens who don’t know how the world works. Especially to the person complaining about being charged a fee, if you went to Best Buy Geek squad with an issue they would charge you for their services. Nobody works for free.

This store is amazing. Reading all the negative reviews reminds me of why "Karens" exist and I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with that. I have been in this store multiple times and absolutely everyone here is helpful, friendly and knowledgable to Verizon. My most recent visit, they helped me set up my business account and the new manager and the whole staff got involved at some point. I couldn't be happier as a customer and I will defend against all those negative reviews if I have to stand at the door with a sign that says "Shop Here". This Verizon is the best!

In my experience this store is a lying rip off. They charge a separate fee for every device sold “ transfer and set up fee”. Even if the person doesn’t touch the device. 40 bucks per device before Verizon adds 35 per device. They lied and told me it was sales tax. When I called corporate they said I would get it back in coupons after 30 days but again a lie. Told today that’s not true.They also turn on every single billing feature without asking. They added insurance and mobile hotspot fees on my bill. Verizon said added by russelll cellular. Go to a corporate store and NO fees NO lies. I had the manager help me too so this is their policy and way of getting paid. Don’t trust these fraudulent sales people

Beware...The heavy set guy that is in the back left of the store is totally INCOMPETENT!!! The second to the last time i was in the store with an issue, he kept telling me i needed a new sim card that mine was old and most likely causing some of the issues i had. Well i received the new sim card and waited about 3 wks before i put it in. The day after i inserted the new sim card i kept getting activation required messages, so i took it into the store to see what was causing the issue. First i started off with the young kid up front, right side, who seemed clueless on what to do so when the next person came in i got shuffled to the guy in the back again. He kept fidgeting with my phone for about 20mins then looked at me and said my phone was no longer going to work, he tried everything he could and it wouldn't accept the new sim card...i was livid!!! I bit my tongue and left not knowing how i was going to be able to afford another phone at the ridiculous prices companies want. I waited a couple days and found a phone i could use to call the number listed and she explained all he did was get into my account and nothing else!!! She could see what had and hadn't been done and fixed the issue within minutes by activating the new card!! If i would have went out and gotten a new phone because this guy is INCOMPETENT and said my phone wouldn't work anymore, he would be paying for the new phone plus added benefits for mental anguish!!

LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS! They earned another.Don't go on Sunday, the associate doesn't have a clue. I watched him upset multiple customers.I came back twice and ended up dropping my Hotspot, because your representative said they aren't meant to work right.They lost most of my service already, one more problem and they'll lose it all. 16 calls and 4 36 mile trips to be told your service isn't very good. You and Russell and Verizon need to get a job they can handle.If you don't believe me, look at ALL The ONE STAR REVIEWS. That many upset customers tells you stay away from Russell and Verizon.
