“Had a tough situation with 2 blown tires and a bent rim.( rims were discontinued ) Tried couple places nearby that couldn't help me. Ended up at Quick Lane. Front staff was very friendly. The new parts guy, Eric McDonald stepped up to help me out. Excellent customer service. It seems rare now days. I lack trust in service departments. Experience was a pleasant surprise.
