I called and spoke with Brian Gochenour, who personally delivered another bottom half of the grill, and helped with the last parts of pulling it together. I’ve never seen such amazing customer service from a chain store. He took personal responsibility instead of sending me to an 800 number for customer service. I appreciate it so much!”
