Yellow Bird Chocolate Shop is an absolutely delightful bean to bar chocolate shop in Albion, worth a trip from anywhere. They roast their own cocoa beans to create the most indulgent, flavorful, and unique chocolate, with a truly unique selection of chocolates and toffees. The shop offers very yummy coffee, teas, and cocoas, plus delicious chocolate covered orange slices, truffles, chocolate bars, hot cocoa, and more. Their fudge is amazing. Flavors are incredible, like chai white chocolate with a great creamy texture, blood orange, jasmine, and vegan options. The owner loves what she does and the shop smells incredible from roasting beans. It is an awesome place for such a small town and customers plan to return for years to come.

Very yummy coffee, teas, cocoas & their fudge is amazing! We had a little time before work to get a chai. It is so good I took some pumkin spice cocoa home.
