Had to give a star. They have no idea what they are doing apparently. I called and let them know. I had a truck towing a fifth wheel in a ditch, and they sent out the smallest tow truck I’ve seen. They sent two more of the same size truck out, but never the right size. Thousands of dollars and damage done to my truck, call the owner and she basically told me that Even though I had pictures in a video of it happening that I was gonna lose in court anyway, and she wouldn’t care. Terrible business practice. Also, inflating their own Google reviews.

My Truck broke down on the side of 75. At 8:30 at night. I Called D&N and they answered the phone right away and had John on the way to me in minutes! John was a lifesaver he was super friendly and made a bad situation a little better! He even went as far to recommended a local shop to get the truck fixed at. All in all a great experience and I recommend them for all you’re towing needs!

Stranded on the side of a desolate section of i75 in the pitch black on a motorcycle. Called 3 other towing companies and nobody answered. Just as all hope seemed lost and I was preparing for a lonely night on the side of the road I decided to call one more towing service. D&Ns dispatcher picked up the phone immediately and had a rollback on site in less than 30 minutes. The driver was incredibly kind and professional, and he had no objections about leaving me and my bike at the super8 for the night instead of taking it to the yard. He even stayed with me to make sure a room was available before he unloaded my bike and drove off into the night. D&N turned a fairly bad situation into me sleeping comfortably in a hotel an hour later. 6 out of 5 stars

My son had a flat tire and needed help. As usual D & N towing was fast, friendly, and amazing!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Was so appreciative and impressed with this company!!! Made a bad experience better!!! Devin was amazing and so patient with the kiddos! Definitely a great company and although I hope to not be stranded again they will be my first and only call!!! Great job!! ? Devin is a keeper!!! ❤️

Friendly prompt service from the person answering my call to my driver. My tow truck driver ensured I had a place to stay overnight before taking off. 10/10 recommend

We hit a deer and it disabled our vehicle. Police arrived on scene and recommended D&N towing, didn’t take long to arrive. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. He arranged transportation to a hotel for the night and, as we were unfamiliar with the area (Canadian travellers), he recommended car rental places. The whole family are so warm, caring and helpful - they went above and beyond to assist us. Excellent service in every aspect!!!

I was driving back from a funeral service in late February or early March. The trip had already been rather fraught with traveling issues. I was heading south on 75 and was south of Cadillac when a radiator hose blew, between 10:30 - 11 PM. . I was able to get off to the side of the road and called AAA. That is a very isolated stretch of 75. I would venture to guess that not more than 10 cars passed me that whole time. Within 10 minutes, a knight in overalls driving a lovely tow truck was there. He goes by the nickname of “Roadkill,” because he helps those stranded on the roadway. Roadkill is an amazing tow, truck driver, and an extremely kind man! After we got on the road, he was willing to stop at a gas station so I could go to the bathroom, as he brought me all the way down to Southfield, Michigan. That is where my car dealership is. I live in Detroit. Roadkill is a very good conversationalist! We discovered that one of his family members worked for one of my oldest friends; it turns out that he & I are both from the same small town near Detroit. God certainly has a sense of humor. Roadkill may be his nickname, but “Guardian Angel” also fit him that night!! I am so glad I finally found the business card, so I can thank him publicly!!

John Byrd was quick efficient and kind when he came to help us with a flat tire! We were 250 miles from home ,on vacation in Sterling Mi. He gave us a great recommendation of Lap Auto, owners Pete and Laura. Pete quickly and safely repaired the tire, made sure the others were safe for travel, at minimal cost and saved our weekend! Thanks to all! Highly recommend both businesses!

I would like to give the utmost thanks to our tow truck driver! He was so professional and pleasant. The cab was big enough for my whole family (dogs included) to ride along all the way from Algers to Fenton. That was amazing and saved us a lot of hassle.
Not all heroes wear capes!!!!
