“The ladies who assisted me were very nice and kind to me. I understood their problem with my husband, who is now expired six (6) months ago, when I was moving, I wanted to transfer the checking and savings account to their bank. They told me they could not, it was Company Policy, not to transfer funds with the Social Security and Ford Motor Company checks to their bank without first getting a proper authorization from the man. Even though he had Alzheimer's, he would still have to authorize it. I understood. But, now he is expired, it's a whole different story. It is MY Social Security Checks and MY Ford Motor Checks. I plan on waiting three more months, or six (6), and trying again. I hope they will be more receptive than they have been. I still hope they have the same ladies on duty as before. They were REALLY nice and kind to me. THANK God for those two ladies!! THANK you!!”
