They do their best to cut wait times despite some rude customers. When I notified them of my predicament (respectfully, without rushing them), 8 minutes later my medication was ready. Nicest pharmacists and techs I've ever met. So glad I left CVS!

I went to urgent care today and was told I have strep throat. I had my prescriptions sent to kroger algonac pharmacy. I got out of urgent care at 11am, waited until noon to call them to see whats going on. I figured id give them time to get it and work on it right? So i called at noon like I said. They lady on the phone said she would start working on them. She set me up for text notifications so when its done i know. Stilll nothing and its not 3pm. I call again same lady says sorry she forgot and that she will work on it now. Still nothing and it's now 4:41pm i call again. Same lady and she says give her 5mins and it will be done. My dad went up to kroger and go them at 4:51pm.
This is uncalled for and very un caring. Im in so much pain due to strep throat. My throat is so swollen and in need of my medication to help swelling plus, the faster I get my antibiotics in my system the better!! I could see waiting an hr maybe 2 max but even 2hrs is ridiculous. But basically 5hrs from when i called the first time is uncalled for and outrageous! Im done with this pharmacy!!

Had surgery and was in extreme pain, my prescription called in on 3/24 11:30 am not ready until 3/25 “before 2pm”. Worthless pharmacy

Came on the evening of 1/8/25 and had the pleasure of being checked out by John! He was so funny and personable! If every cashier I met were like him, I would NEVER do a pick up order again! He was amazing!
I am a manager at a retail store, and if I could have someone with his personality, wit, and humor on my team, I would do everything in my power to keep him! He was GREAT!

(I’m just going by the name in my receipt. I was in lane 10 at 6:20ish pm. So, whoever needs to see this to give him recognition, please pass this along; he totally made my day/night!)

Before Rite aid and CVC shut down, all of the employees at Kroger's Pharmacy were amazing and super helpful. They answer all my questions, they truly just want to help the people in their community. 10/10 recommend.

Take your scripts elsewhere. I've been waiting on prescription mouth wash for a facial injury for a week and there has been ZERO communication without me pestering them. This is unacceptable. I understand that there are issues, but the lack of communication and transparency is abysmal. I should've been contacted as soon as they realized there was an issue, and now I'm stuck sans the meds I need.

Prescriptions aren't ready when the techs give you a time. It's very slow. I know they just accumulated RiteAid 2 weeks ago, bit I shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes to pick up medicine. Nor should I have to wait after being told my prescription would be done the day before. I hope they can get it together, or I will have to switch to the other local pharmacy. This isn't right.

It took 6-days to fill 1 prescription which they had the medicine in stock, unacceptable! Multiple promises for pickup during the 6-days were unsuccessful, appears no delivery metrics are measured or used.

Convenient location. Competitive prices. Clean lot and pumps. Some customers are clueless or simply inconsiderate when exiting and/or entering the lot -blocking the entrance in one situation and aggressive driving maneuvers to intimidate causing one to hesitate in the normal flow. Other than questionable driving behaviors the location, options, and availability are on point.
