Let’s start with the names before I forget. I asked for spelling just in case ?. Selena,Chrissy, amber , Candice and Judy. From greetings, to remembering names , to remembering past conversations, lastly to professionalism. This is by far one of the best experiences every time regardless of who is there that day. The ladies at Northstar bank are super friendly every time I’m there whether in person or the drive thru. They treat you like your family and always happy to see you. They always know my name before I have to tell them and even know my kids names. Even my dog loves to come along to get his treat when using the drive thru. I highly recommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a new bank or just a bank in general.

Event into the bank to do some paperwork. Th he inherited of the building was welcoming, the tellers friendly. The wife and I had the pleasant opportunity with working with "Chrissy". Everything went smoothly and all questions were answered. A nice place to bank.

The Northstar Algonac Branch is a pleasure to do banking with I have been a customer for 15 years. When you walk in you are always greeted with a friendly smile. It is nice to walk into a bank where everyone knows your name. The girls that work there, are fantastic Candice and Amber helping me with transactions Judy guiding me in the right direction. Chrissy and Selina helping me with the checking and savings. I suggest that a lot of banks should send their people to this branch so they can learn about customer service like it should be. Northstar Bank gets 5 stars from our family! They are a pleasure to do business with. We have had multiple transactions from a new construction loan (Char rocks!!) to daily banking (love the Algonac crew!) and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are a trustworthy institution that provides a hometown feel! Highly recommend!

The North Star Algonac branch is top notch customer service. They have always been nothing more than pleasant with me for loans my banking I've been there for 15 years plus. I wouldn't even think of changing banks this branch is incredible Period!!

I love this bank! Been going to it for a few years now and my grandparents use to go to it as well! I love the kind, caring and helpful service that is provided at this location from all the lovely people who work there. Don’t plan on changing anytime soon.

The Algonac branch is amazing. The staff is Top notch. They answer the phone promptly and are ready and eager to help with all my banking needs. You walk into the branch and there is a smiling face ready to help. Very friendly and fast service.

My Algonac branch gives you that very small town vibe. Everyone knows your name and are very polite with you . I bring my dogs with me in the building .They usually get special treats . I really enjoy going there knowing that I am person, not just a number in their banking system

Northstar Bank, (Algonac) seriously has the most helpful kind employees. I've used many banks in my lifetime, none compare. They act so happy to see and greet their customers... it feels like a family ☺️ Anytime I call with any question or issue, they help immediately, I refer others to them and I will never switch to another bank as long as Northstar is around!
