The cleanest marina around.
Great service for any boat issue.

Gas dock closes at 4:30? Don't bother... If you want to run an 8 hour shift, make it noon to 8pm. You open too late for the fishermen and close too early for pleasure boaters. I'll stick with Balfours.

Place could use some fixing up like the ladies bathroom stall door and a 5 yard garbage dumpster out towards the back where their is a collection of junk which I'm not sure why it's laying around.

We have had our boat at sassy for around 8 years winter and summer storage every year. Always communicated very well with ownership. This year we were informed that we do not have a spot to store our boat over the winter. We were given no prior notice that they were filling up and with out warning now in August we have to find somewhere to keep our boat over the winter. We have been loyal customers for years, always filling our boat up at assays gas dock and using sassys mechanics for other issues. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. I would not recommend sassy to anyone now. The new ownership has really gone downhill.

While we loved the location, the view, and the peacefulness of the marina area and grounds, the lack of competency, professionalism, and customer service of the staff unfortunately overshadowed these benefits. We had put a work order in early in the season before we launched, and then received no updates or status communications on anything when we would follow up. When we called to check on the status, we were simply told "there are no notes" and nobody had any idea what was going on. They told us they would speak with a manager or GM.And then someone named John called us and said, “we’ll definitely be doing the work next week.” Shockingly, that week came and went with no work done. When I responded to John to follow up, I received no response. I emailed the office with screenshots of John's messages and tried to inquire what was going on and Liz said she would look into it right away and get back to me asap. And then she never followed up or got back to us... When I finally emailed them to cancel our simple work order from two months before, they coincidentally replied, "Oh the work was actually JUST completed." And proceeded to charge us 33% more than what we were quoted, citing "pricing is subject to change." I get pricing can fluctuate, but a 33% increase in a matter of a short period of time for a basic service is ridiculous.I understand things there are busy this time of year, but this has been a frustrating experience that lacked any sort of organization, communication, and even mediocre customer service. Everybody's stories and responses change depending on the day and who you talk to. And this was just the most recent example, as there have been plenty more since we moved our boat there. If you're looking for a marina with decent staff that you can rely on, have a positive experience with, and feel valued as a customer when you're spending thousands of dollars there a year, choose a different marina.

We love our slip. We have great neighbors. So far, so good. The sunset is beautiful. I have nothing negative to say.
