Went there and reserved a truck for4:00pm on Sunday for Monday afternoon.I went there at3:45 with helpers. I was told that they don't rent trucks after 1:00pm .when I asked why they would tell me that they said that gas & food are their first two conserns and the U- HAUL business is third! Won't be doing business there anymore!?

Called at 12:50 and inquired about truck rental. The person that answered said we're closed. I stated at 1250 on a Wednesday? Site states open till 3. How do you run a business that way?

We reserved a Truck for today. The reservation email says pick-up time is 2pm. They decided to close at 1pm without notifying their customers. Now we are scheduled to pick-up furniture without a truck. Very poor customer service.

Spoke with a repressive on the phone. I was asking about pricing. She was very adamant about requesting my information to reserve it (which you have to pay for) and when I said I'll just head over and pick it up she responded "well good luck, if you don't reserve it we'll just rent it out to someone else before you get here." Absolutely terrible customer service.
