James got in touch with me within an hour, explained clearly the problem and how they could fix it and told me the price. Problem became a bit more involved than originally thought, but James put in extra hours to make sure my computer was finished because I was leaving out of town. Computer is running smoother and faster than it ever did before. Extremely pleased and I've already recommended this shop to 2 other people. A-Tech will be my first stop from now on with any computer issue.”
