“I've had small issues here in the past, but my latest experience has been phenomenal! Another hub lost my package of live fish and after calling Allegan to see if it had arrived and put a hold on it since tracking hadn't updated and I didn't want them tossed around a truck another day, and they were awesome enough to email the grand rapids hub to try to get them to find my package even without my request ehen they couldn't find any sign of it locally. Suddenly the package started moving again! Above and beyond, I couldn't appreciate our local PO workers more.”
