Tried calling multiple times and they either don't answer or they answer and hang up. Package is 4 days past scheduled delivery and Allegan post office keeps shipping it back out of Allegan when they get it.

Would not give me my priority mail package after I arrived at the post office because the address it was sent to was not the same address on my drivers license. They made the owner of the property come to the mail office and prove he owned the address.
I paid overnight shipping on Monday at 9am and did not receive my package until 9:47am on Thursday and they made it incredibly hard to obtain said package.
Would never want to wait for a package from this post office again.

Anytime they have to drop packages off it's broken or is just thrown on my porch if they can't deliver packages properly they they need a new job

I’m not sure why USPS had my order from amazon.. but either way, my driveway was plowed and instead of putting the item by the house or on the ground anywhere, they left a note in my mailbox to come get it. I work the entire day for my job and family and only stop to sleep. I do not get moments to sneak away for pick up.. ironically, the thing that wasn’t delivered was my energy drink subscription I have with Amazon that I need to make it through my busy week..

Got a slip that they couldn't deliver. I was home and literally watched the usps truck drive by. Driveway was plowed. It's even a circle driveway, how much easier could a delivery be. But chose to take the time to write a slip versus leaving the vehicle.

Terrible they disposed of my Photos with no time to retrieve them bc of a wrong address The Post Office was not open when they tossed them on a Saturday afternoon I contacted Monday they’re gone… Sad waste!

Chris is always helpful and pleasant to work with. I go out of my way to the Allegan post office because of him.

I've had small issues here in the past, but my latest experience has been phenomenal!
Another hub lost my package of live fish and after calling Allegan to see if it had arrived and put a hold on it since tracking hadn't updated and I didn't want them tossed around a truck another day, and they were awesome enough to email the grand rapids hub to try to get them to find my package even without my request ehen they couldn't find any sign of it locally. Suddenly the package started moving again! Above and beyond, I couldn't appreciate our local PO workers more.

Package requires a signature? You better be in the middle of your driveway waiting. They will not get out of their vehicles to make the delivery attempt.
