“I went into the AT&T store located on Vernor/Livernois and was met by two lovely young ladies employees who treated me like family.I have a high impact job and from time to time my phone drops out of my pocket often needing screen repair. The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept). It was an all around refreshing experience and a testament of the right type of role model othet young people should emulate. Thank you for your time.”

Originally went to the location on wayne road but the guy at the store seemed very off putting and when I mentioned what I was looking for he seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered so we left. “This is by far my favorite Metro location. I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10”

They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. “This location is the location I will going to from now on. It's clean and the Manager James is amazing and so knowledgeable about the phones and how to troubleshoot them. I can finally check my voicemail again! I went in for a new phone and he was very helpful and so personable. He didn't try to upsell me or hassle me. He was patient and let me test out a new phone I wasn't sure about because it wasn't my first choice. Which was perfect because I loved it and ended up getting it. He also got my husband a good deal on a really nice tablet because they are currently having a back to school sale!
