Customer service was excellent! When the original boxes that I ordered were on backorder, I was informed immediately. Chris worked with me to find a solution that would arrive more quickly since I needed them for an event a few weeks out. I would definitely order from them again.

I have been a customer of The Box Depot for many orders over multiple years. Easy website to navigate, great pricing, quick shipping, quality products! I have experienced the most helpful & caring individuals with custom design work on products & they've all turned out better than I anticipated :)

Ordering is easy. I'm sad they don't have the 11.5x9x6 zipper bags anymore. I've used their product for years. More lately, the bags seem a little more inconsistent in size but I don't know of any other options.
