“The closing crew here is amazing, we accidentally showed up at 8:59 a minute before they closed and they didn't hesitate to serve us, they showed no type of attitude or disdain that we were there so close to closing, the young girl with glasses at the window was very nice and the muscular guy with glasses who brought us out our smoothies was EXTREMELY generous. This is our go to spot now( but not right before close lol) thank you!”

“I swear everytime i go in here its to get “ a box” of protein bars… - after 20 minutes and $300.00 later… i always leave here happy with my experience. The manager knows her stuff, and really seems to care? It just doesn't seem to exist anymore except the vitamin shoppe on eureka in taylor, those folks really have it going on. Ive worked retail management for years, they’d be wise to lock that manager and staff in the best they can, its rare you get a team to execute and operate this way… count your lucky stars vitamin shoppe. They are the only reason i dont shop the zon for the same products at a cheaper price. Just saying!”

“The amount of customer care that this Vitamin Shoppe has is unparalleled. I originally went to another Vitamin Shoppe looking for an item that was no longer in stock, and the service rep was not very willing to help beyond that. Going to this Vitamin Shoppe was a very different story. The service rep here took care and diligence to see if the product was at another location or if it was available online. When neither were an option, he called the nearest health store to ask if they had that product in stock, which they did. The kind of care I received was unmatched, even to take me to a different store. And I will remember that. That kind of customer service isn't taught, it's character. I didn't get the guy's name, but as long as he's still working there, I will be a regular customer to this location.”
