Unfortunately, I have had to use their services more than I like. They have been great to work. My insurance worked with them without any issues. Work was excellent. I am currently having repairs scheduled for a recent hit and run accident. The estimate was next day and was approved by my insurance the same day

Brought my Lincoln Navigator to Gerber Collision after an accident and they had it looking new! Great job on the buffing/painting coud not even tell I was side swiped down the side! Replaced a panel and aligned it nicely in place. Very flexible easy to work with! Had updates the entire process and friendly Staff! Would recommend 10/10!Services: Painting

The service I have been receiving from this location has been nothing short of excellent, respectable, and a professional experience. This team has helped me every step of the way in getting my claim completed from a accident. They have always been honest and hardworking, battling these times of winter and sickness. My daughter had an accident and it got towed to Gerber in Allendale. The people there could not have been more helpful and considerate. Unfortunately, the car was totaled but they worked with me until we could find a new home for the scrap. I hope I never need their services but if I do, I will not hesitate to return.

5☆s because of the way they treated my daughter, who attends GVSU, and the way they communicated details to me back near Detroit. Her vehicle had front and rear end damage, and Gerber handled everything to include having a rental vehicle available for my daughter when she dropped off her car. They also identified a steering or suspension problem during the test drive. Repair work is first class, client relations superior. Can't thank Gerber enough.

Got my door repaired, after someone backed into me, by Gerber Collision & Glass in Allendale, Mi.I also had the badly rusted front fender replaced by them at the same time.Brad and his team did a phenomenaly beautiful job!!I'm so very happy with the work they did.Highly recommend using them for repairs.

This is my third time coming here with all 3 times my new car being near totaled. My car comes out looking close to brand new and no problems after. They’re sweet and patient only problem I’ve came across was rental car issues but it’s not their fault. They even have a app to tell you if your car is on track to being finished.Services: Body & Trim

I had a very unique situation with geico and gerber, and needless to say, I didn’t know much about cars to begin with. Brad from gerber made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and laid out all my options wonderfully for me. He truly wanted to keep me as safe as possible and do things the right way.
