Very curtious. Very good pricing on their vehicles. Especially if you're looking for a deal in our over inflated market and really great at making sure you're satisfied . I would definitely recommend it especially if you're on a budget and need a good car or truck.

I must say the honest upfront pricing and willingness to cooperate with any minor repairs equals my personal stamp of approval a year later with no regrets when it comes to a vehicle I bought here listed 3k under blue book at the Allendale location

Customer service in the lot was not real good, but I had my mechanic with me so we did our own checking. Of the cars I checked out, 2 had battery issues, 1 had the gas level sitting below E, one had a trunk that was not cleaned at all. Looked like it was open during a storm. Office ladies were helpful. Plenty of smoke smell around the office area. Ultimately I did buy a car and, should it continue to run, I think I got a good deal. I guess we'll see!

Don't shop there it's a really bad place. I bought a car and the motor went bad as soon as we got home they won't stand behind it. They don't check anything on them. Please, please don't buy from them.

I purchased a car from these people and at first, I was skeptical. I bought the car as is. After the sale I had a few issues with the car and one of them wasn’t cheap. They didn’t hesitate to get the car in and covered the total cost of the repairs.

I had messaged on the ad they posted. They request I called. Got the info I need, I called them and told them I was coming down to purchase this. I had cash in hand and did a Carfax and Carfax care on this. To be told it was sold. I even asked to put a retainer down to hold it cause I was coming to planning on purchasing it. And it sat in the lot with sale sticker on it.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealer unless you are also IMMEDIATELY willing to spend an extra $3k-5k for necessary replacement parts and repairs.I bought a 2011 RAV4 from them at the end of January of this year. Stupidly, I was in a hurry to get a replacement vehicle and I was specifically shopping for an affordable Toyota, so I ignored the filthy state of the establishment and the awkward, religious “eccentricities” of the sales staff present that morning. I had thought I got a pretty good deal on what I was told to be a vehicle in excellent condition—I gave them nearly $8k.That same evening, my check engine light came on—as well as the lights for 4WD and traction control, which indicated neither of those functions were working and a more serious issue was present. After about a week of noticing a building multitude of grinding and whining noises, I made an appointment at a certified Toyota service center. I was notified of a number of issues, but most pressing was a busted front axle. If I had not brought in my car when I did, that axle could have completely failed and I could have been in a serious accident as a result. The technicians replaced my entire right front axle, both of my rear axle seals, one headlight unit and one taillight unit (both were seriously water-damaged and not working), a badly leaking radiator hose, and A/F sensor. This cost me about $4K.Turns out those new sensors were able to tip off the technicians that my catalytic converter was busted and it needed to be replaced. When they went back in they found the catalytic converter completely stripped from the inside, and the hole for the sensor was welded shut. Replacing that cost me another $1k.When the technicians pulled up the code history, all these same codes were present at one of the Crown dealerships that J and J bought this car from, literally about a week before I purchased the car from them. They so very clearly erased the codes and sold me a potentially dangerous car with a stripped cat, and a myriad of other headaches. Furthermore, I noticed how these clowns tried covering up rust spots with paint that doesn’t match at all. Just... WHY. It looks like my car has tar drips on it?? What were they thinking?! They claim they have a mechanic on-site, and I am very curious as to what this “mechanic” actually does, because I can assure you, no real mechanic would have ever given my car a pass. This place is a scam, hands down. J and J and their whole “5000 and under” garbage slogan is a nasty gimmick to prey on people that are desperate for a working vehicle, and all those papers you sign will absolve them of any responsibility for when that car you purchase turns out to be a black hole of mechanical issues. My real lucky break here, other than having extra money saved to spend on repairs, was avoiding what could have been a fatal accident for myself or someone else from a complete axle failure.

Bought a car from here. This car is the best thing I’ve ever bought. The owner should be happy of the service provided.

Bought a 2015 Impala from them and the night that I got it home the check engine light came on and eventually they decided to swap the engine. The new engine that they put in had problems and they were really difficult to work with and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Bought my first truck there was doing fine but it dropped a lifter. And the frame is completely shot now after the paint they used to cover it up chipped away. Would never do business with them again. Their vehicles are junk

Recently purchased a Ford Escape from J&J. Perfect dealership for those who research their vehicles ahead of time. Quick negotiations, very pleasant staff, and good to their word. This is a great local dealership that does not make you feel like they are trying to upsell. What you see is what you get. Look at the vehicle, do your research, and bring your confidence, and I'm positive that this staff will provide you with the deal worth every second of your time.
