Just wanted to say that whenever I have to visit the plant, Jeffrey at the visitor-check in point before parking, is great! He is always very kind and uplifting when checking us into the system. He asks about your day, etc.

Maria at the gate is the true definition of the Professional! She deserves a raise. She’s very cute and polite as well :)The guys at the check in office are nice too!In and out in 1hr (pick up)

I live near this place, they constantly have semis blocking the road. The employees here fly out of the parking lot without stopping or looking. I’ve almost been hit driving by more times than I can count

08/17/2023... Got there @ 3am, 2 days before my delivery appointment, was giving a door right away, unloaded within 30mins and had my 10hours rest break... Truckers friendly 100%

They make an appointment for 4:00 p.m. but then they don't have the product ready for 6 or 7 hours you leave and come anthey're not even open at 6:00 a.m.

One of the best places to deliver I came at 11am for a 11pm delivery, they told me that they will call me when they have a door for me so at 730pm I got a door and by 930pm I was done and went back to sleep on there yard. Everyone from the front gate to check in was very nice , no issues at all .

The people here were super nice and overnight parking is available . Had a 5am appt, arrived at 22:51 and they actually started unloading me 30 mins later and was out by 00:54. They said I could spend the night there but based on the reviews and them probably switching shifts, I didn’t want anyone breaking my sleep so I left and parked at a nearby McDonald’s with truck parking. Happy I got to sleep in for once, pick up wasn’t until noon. Got a washout at Smitty’s Truck wash in Hudsonville. Soap washout is $70 with EFS check. Would most definitely deliver here again

Never come again . Checked in on time then take 3 hrs to load but load overgross (85000lb) then took a 5 hrs to take off 4 pallet

Take too long to load. They don’t pull the loads til the day of so it really makes no difference if you have an appointment or not because you will sit. They will give you a door just to make you sit for hours. Appointment was at 1130 made it there at 930 got a door been sitting for nearly 5 hours. Worse place to pickup from. If I could I would give a negative amount of stars

Disappointed!!! This is my 4 or 5 times here. And every time same story. Arrived 3 hours before my appointment time. Now 2 h After my appointment time don’t start loading yet. Not coming again. Idiots!!!
