I tried to get an Rx for sleeping pills I take. Dr Berlin’s office told me I needed an appointment and then they’d call it in. I made the appointment and they put the Rx in as high priority! Did they send it in? Of course not. Without the pill I won’t sleep. Guess I can read all night!! I really wish people would do what they say they will.

Waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room for a TB reading that they check at the counter and you don’t need an appt for is ridiculous and it’s not the first time. Will not be returning.

Nice new facility. The staff is friendly and efficient. I can’t say enough how great Dr. Warner and Beth are. Been seeing them both for years now. They are both thorough and genuinely care. They really helped me when I had some stuff going on and always took time to understand what was going on. Can’t thank them enough.

My experience at the check in desk was less than impressive. The woman working up front was extremely difficult to deal with and was completely annoyed that I needed additional assistance being my first visit to this location. Once I got past her things went much smoother. What a horrible way for patients to start their visit and may I add a bad look for patients new to the Metro family.

This is the best doctors office I've been to in years. I love Dr Dunn my primary care doctor. He's thorough and really listens to your concerns. They have a lab right on site, so you can get all labs and doctors visits done in the same building.

Absolutely pathetic, the nerve these people have to even call themselves doctors. I was turned down for a visit since I tested positive for covid. I asked if a virtual visit was an option, and they told me to call back when I no longer had covid. What would be the point of that exactly? I would not recommend going here. The staff are incompetent, pushy, and lack common sense.

Such incompetent people. Tried to get my labs done there, but they wanted me to fax the orders from one metro office to the other. They were internal orders! It's in my MyChart.. Apparently, they will refuse flu vaccines before the month of October as well. Spectrum Health has been giving them away for weeks. Never will I go back to this office.

Do not go to this office! The staff is so rude and they don’t care about the patients! They are more concerned with closing time. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Jenison office. The staff and nurses and doctors are so much nicer!

If there was negative stars, I would have marked -5!I was told by my gastroenterologist to go and get blood work and ask for other medicine to tie me over till I could see them. From the moment I got there I was treated poorly with a terrible attitude from every staff I encountered besides Jason who checked me in. Advise if you don’t want the everyone needs to be on an antidepressant approach then give this office a hard pass. First do no harm!??? Complacent and clearly hate their work. Anywhere is better than here. Easy goodbye!

The staff here are always helpful and quick to respond. They have basically walk in appointments to see a nurse if you need some sort of injection or other simple thing like that.This is my favorite clinic in the area to go to for whatever sort of medical care I may need

Went there for radiology services and it showed that they were open from 8:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday I get there at about 8:40 a.m. and they told me that the radiology people were not there pretty sad the girl said that they get called elsewhere when they're needed so they're not their full time and that you just have to call and make sure that somebody's there to do the X-ray when you're ready to go down there b******* it should be available it shows it's available and it's not.
