I bought my 2010 Toyota Venza from Parker and love it! I like that they answer the phone if you have questions or call you right back. I highly recommend them and will buy my next vehicle there.

I had purchased my 2019 VW Golf Alltrack from station 45 about a month ago. My sales rep Parker did a fantastic job in helping me with the entire process, even though there were a couple hiccups along the way Parker was on top of it and kept me updated every step of the way, he was even on top of a issue I had after the delivery of my car and it was entirely taken care of. If I’m in the market it for a new vehicle (hopefully not anytime soon!) I would definitely purchase from them again.

i bought a car from them in november of last year and let's just say it was so bad. before i had even seen the car in person i was hounded with text saying i needed to make a move on it because people were interested as i already had my uncle put a hold on it so i could come and see it when i had a chance as i work 2 jobs. i finally went and saw it and loved it and a few days later i went to purchase it. as i was there i had said i was kind of in a hurry as i had a very important doctors appointment that day. parker told me he would go super fast. we were late for my appointment because he wasn't that fast. then as soon as i drove out the parking lot the check engine light came on. great. i then took it back as i had a warranty on it for 3 months. they fixed one issue and not the other. so a week later i had to take it back. when i took it back i also told them my window stopped rolling down. i get a call 2 days later saying the car was done but "they used up all the warranty on the other stuff" so i had to pay for the window??? how does a 3 month warranty get used up in 1 month? after that it was good for a while. until now every few weeks my check engine light will come on and then off for some random reasons. after the 3 months was up i was never going back to them as i felt they were trying to take advantage of me as i was freshly 18 and it was my first time buying a car. let's not forget they never even cleaned the car. under my hood was covered in leaves and branches. there was gunk all over the ceiling and i found food in the center counsel. fast forward to today where i was cleaning the car out as i do every few weeks, i have never looked under the back seat before because no one is ever back there. i did today and found a whole bunch of nasty stuff such as used bandages, napkins and even a used tampon that was definitely not mine! they are disgusting! would never recommend to anyone and would never go back. also i had a 90 day, bumper to bumper warranty. Nothing was discussed at time of purchase about exclusions. Oh and btw my car is capless...

I wish I had gotten everyone’s name so I could give all the shout-outs! I had been driving around on a cracked rim for far too long. I took my car in to have them try and patch it to keep from inflating the tire every morning. It helped and got me through for about a month. Told me they worked with Tire Rack and that if I found new wheels I liked, to call up and let them know so they could quote the install. The job came in over $100 less than if I had ordered the wheels myself and taken them to another shop. The process was seamless and I could not be happier! They shared my excitement, which made the customer service that much better. My car is a 2011 Chrysler 300c and it looks brand new! The pictures speak for themselves ??

Parker at Station 45 restored my faith in salesman. This young man was very kind, patient and easy going. He reached out to me on a Tuesday evening when I sent a message about a car I was interested in. He waited two days and stayed after hours for me to come look at it with my sons. When it came time to close the deal he was willing to make sure I was happy before I signed the paperwork. In the last week l have looked at a lot of cars and dealt with some salesmen that give salesmen a bad name and Parker was a fresh breath of air. While he closed the vehicle he chatted with my boys and I and was very personable. I would definitely go back to Station 45. If you want a great experience ask for Parker. You won’t be sorry.

We bought a 2015 Audi Q5 from Station 45 in Dec 2022. We were told several times there was a 90 day warranty which was never provided to me and I never saw. I researched them and saw mostly good reviews. After purchase I saw that an oil change was 6 months overdue. I took the car to a foreign car garage for the oil change. They do a complete check up with a first appointment. The front upper and lower control arms were worn out, also one side in the back. I called and inquired about the 90 day warranty. I was told it would not cover this, still with no copy of this supposed warranty. They offered to do the repair at a discount. I declined as I no longer trust them. This repair and oil change cost us almost $3 000. I was sent a check for the cost of the oil change minus the tax on it. This car uses oil, so I dont know what other issues we still may be facing. This is the first time I have had a problem buying a used car. I absolutely do NOT recommend them.

Working with Parker has been a great experience! We were looking for a minivan for my wife and came across one that Parker had. On the test drive there were some issues, but we got back and Parker had all the issues taken care of before letting us sign. Very honest and professional! Definitely a pleasant experience!

I bought a car from them and after 2 weeks of owning it purposely hidden/ignored problems started appearing (either they didn’t do a simple inspection or they did and chose to ignore and lie about the obvious issues). After months of it going in and out of mechanic shops and over $2,000 in repairs already and it still isn’t functioning properly. I went above my budget because they told me up and down how great of a car it was and that it didn’t have any issues. Their customer service is good until the purchase is made, after that, its all out the window.
