I have been going to Walgreens pharmacy for over 15 years. I even used to work at one as a senior pharmacy technician. We are switching!!! This pharmacy is a disaster. They have no idea what they are doing but will argue with you they are right till you talk to a pharmacy manager.\\n\\nThe worst interaction was me getting a C2 (control substance) INSTEAD of a generic ant depressant because they “rebagged”. If you have ever worked in a pharmacy you know how big of a deal that is. They fixed it when called.\\n\\nAnother time they told me I needed a new rx for a medication that just went generic. The rx was NOT DAW (dispense as written) the girl argued with me until I talked to the manager…. Guess who was right!?\\n\\nThen just this week My husband just started a new medication which happens to be one I take and they told him it was $83… he asked if that was with insurance…they said yes. Well I’m on the same medication with the SAME insurance and it’s only a few dollars. Sure enough he looks on the app and it did NOT go through the insurance.\\n\\nDon’t bother with them unless you got plenty of free time to deal with people who obviously have no idea what they are doing. If I hadn’t worked there I would have just believed what they told me. Worst of all I probably would have taken the medication without realizing what was in the bag was NOT the right medication.

I think it has some of the best staff that cares about people, even when customers are yelling at them for things they can't control

Always rude at the pharmacy or incompetent. I live 2 mins from this pharmacy but choose to drive 15 mins to Meijer just to not have to deal with their attitudes and ignorance. Decided to try them out again since my pharmacy was closed. Been almost 2 years since I’ve been there and they are still rude and arrogant.

I had a appointment for a covid test on Thursday at 1pm, but I have been so sick the last few days and not thinking right I thought it was at 3pm. When I got to the Pharmacy and pulled up my confirmation email and saw that it was for 1pm I was thinking I would be told to reschedule my appointment but no.i was told no problem and I got my test. Thanks so much to the Walgreen employee.

Evan was helpful and a solid pharmacy technician. I moved and had a prescription transferred to this location. He was patient with the RX Coupon and was able to apply a savings and discount. Thank you!

Pay no attention to the obviously disabled complainer. This Walgreens is fast, precise, and accurate.

Walgreens seems to have gone downhill recently. They either don't have things in stock, lose prescriptions, or take over a week to refill something. I had a rude encounter with the pharmacist over the phone, who said, "What is you want?" He couldn't find me in their computer because I was in there under my maiden name, but when going to pick up my prescriptions I've always given them my current (married) name...? I love having the convenience of a pharmacy close to home and most everyone who works there is nice, but I think I'll have to switch to somewhere else.
